Mindy Lummus


Mindy oversees the day-to-day operations of the entire Prodigal organization, including establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, vendors and sponsors. In addition, she facilitates operations of Express Merchandise and Prodigal Sports Group. Her responsibilities involve her working with the Oklahoma City Barons hockey team, Professional Bull Riders (PBR) events in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, and Ram National Circuit Finals Rodeo (RNCFR).

The financial stability of all the Prodigal operations fall under Mindy’s per vu. She ensures compliance with daily operations as well as capital expenditures.

Mindy has broadened her professional sports experience by working with events outside of Oklahoma. She has worked with Summer and Winter X Games as well as the Great Outdoor Games, primarily in the arena of sponsor fulfillment.

She participates in a variety of philanthropic activities with non-profit organizations in Oklahoma City. She has served as the Finance Chair of the March of Dimes Sports Headliner Banquet for the last two years volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and with the Barons Buddies program with Special Olympics Oklahoma. The Barons Buddies program pairs Special Olympic athletes with a Barons hockey player. The team engages the athletes in multiple activities throughout the season. Over the last two seasons, the Barons have raised over $50,000 for Special Olympics Oklahoma.

Mindy has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology as well as a Master’s Degree in Human Relations, both from the University of Oklahoma. Mindy is completing her 13th season in professional sports in Oklahoma City.
