OILERS ASSIGN ROMAN HORAK TO OKLAHOMA CITY

The Edmonton Oilers assigned centerman Roman Horak to the Oklahoma City Barons, Oilers General Manager Craig MacTavish announced today.

Horak, 22, has recorded 18 points (7G, 11A) in 31 games this season. He has appeared in 18 games for the Barons, registering 11 points (5G, 6A) since being acquired from the Abbotsford Heat.

He will join the team in San Antonio in advance of the Barons home-and-home series with the Rampage.  Faceoff Friday in San Antonio is 7 p.m.  Faceoff Saturday in Oklahoma City is 7 p.m.
