BARONS SWINGING HAMMERS FOR HABITAT FOR HUMANITY ON OCTOBER 30

The Oklahoma City Barons players, coaches and front office staff members are working with Habitat for Humanity to begin the framework for a home at their Los Rosa Area on Tuesday, October 30.
The office staff begins the project the morning of October 30 at 8:30 a.m. and will work until approximately noon. Following lunch, the players and coaching staff will take over and work from 1 – 3 p.m. The Barons work on this particular project includes framing the home and interior painting the house in approximately six weeks.
Habitat for Humanity’s Los Rosa Area is located at SE 26th and Lindsay Ave. The address for the building location is 516 SE 26th Street, approximately a mile west of I-35 and SE 25th Street.
Oklahoma City is in the midst of a season long seven-game homestand. The Barons skate in two games this weekend against the Houston Aeros at the Cox Convention Center at 7 p.m.
