OILERS RECALL ANTON LANDER, RICHARD BACHMAN

The Edmonton Oilers have recalled forward Anton Lander and goaltender Richard Bachman, Oilers General Manager Craig McTavish announced today.
Lander, a second round (40th overall) selection by the Oilers in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft, was recently named captain of the Oklahoma City Barons. In eight games with the Barons this year, Lander has two goals and four assists. In two-plus seasons playing in Oklahoma City, Lander has 31 points with 12 goals and 19 assists in 69 games played.
Bachman was acquired this past offseason after being drafted in the fourth round, 120th overall, by the Dallas Stars in the 2006 NHL Entry Draft. Bachman has played 480 minutes for the Oklahoma City Barons this year with a 3-4-1 record and 2.37 goals against average and 0.925 save percentage.
Edmonton plays at the Los Angeles Kings Sunday afternoon at 8 p.m. CT.
