OILERS ASSIGN KALE KESSY TO OKLAHOMA CITY

By Cassie Gage,

The Edmonton Oilers have assigned forward Kale Kessy to the Oklahoma City Barons.

Kessy was assigned to Bakersfield of the ECHL on November 25.  With the Condors, he scored one goal in three games played.  The goal was a significant goal.  It was Teddy Bear Toss Night in Bakersfield.  Kessy's goal signaled the barrage of stuffed animals toward the ice.  With the Barons, Kessy has appeared in 18 games, scoring two points (1-1-2) and serving 20 penalty minutes.

Oklahoma City skates tomorrow night at home against the Texas Stars at 7 p.m.  It's a Winning Weekday.  Should the Barons win, everyone in attendance receives a ticket to the next weekday game FREE.
