The Oklahoma City Barons, in conjunction with the Cox Convention Center are hosting an open house October 11 from 5 – 7:30 p.m. on the floor of the Cox Convention Center.

Members of the Barons coaching staff and players will be available during the event to talk about hockey and the upcoming season.  The players will participate in a light practice and fans will have the opportunity to watch from right at ice level.  Complimentary hors-d’oeuvres and beverages will be available in the Blue Line Club, the new Season Seat Holder Lounge. 

Parking for this event is FREE at the Courtyard by Marriott parking garage.  The Courtyard by Marriott is located just south of the Cox Convention Center.

“As we enter our second season we are excited about building relationships with Oklahoma City’s vibrant corporate community and increasing our fan base,” said Barons executive VP of Marketing John Allgood. “The Open House is a great opportunity to see a glimpse of the new activities for this season as well as a chance for our to fans interact with our players and coaching staff.”

“We are excited to host an event where our players not only showcase their talents in front of business leaders in our community but interact together in a fun environment,” said Barons general manager Bill Scott.  “I know our players and staff are looking forward to the Open House and getting to meet our supporters in the community.”
