Colten Teubert scored the game winner with 2:50 remaining in the third as Oklahoma City (20-17-2-4) defeats the Rockford Ice Hogs (20-21-1-1), 4-3.

Rockford struck first at 10:12 of the opening period when Martin St. Pierre scored, assisted by Peter LeBlanc. They would take the 1-0 lead into the first intermission.

The Barons started the second period on a 5-on-3 power play. After the first penalty had expired, AHL All Star Mark Arcobello took advantage of a rebound out in front of the Rockford goal to tie the game 1-1 at 1:06 of the middle frame.

OKC's two newest players, Jonathan Cheechoo and Brett Clark, were awarded the assists on the goal.

Kenndal McArdle took back the Rockford lead, assisted by Adam Clandening and Jeremy Morin, at 8:13 of the second period.

Philippe Corned tied the game 2-2 at 13:41 of the second period. Arcobello and Cheechoo were credited with the assists.

Just 1:08 later, team captain Josh Green fired a shot from the face-off dot, and scored giving OKC their first lead of the night, 3-2. Taylor Fedun had the assist.

Rockford tied the game at 15:28 of the final period.

But then, Teubert let loose a rocket from long distance and the puck trickled in as OKC took a 4-3 lead with 2:50 left in the game.

Rockford outshot Oklahoma City 36-31.
