ALUMNI REPORT - JANUARY 2

By Josh Evans, OKC Barons on 01/02/2012

Three members of the Oklahoma City Barons, defensemen Jeff Petry, Alex Plante and Teemu Hartikainen, are on call up with the Oilers.  Hartikainen and Petry played in the Oilers 4-3 win over the Chicago Blackhawks.

Petry played just over 22 minutes in the game, the most of any Oilers player, recorded three shots on goal and had an assist on Ben Eager's game winning tally.  Recalled the previous day, Hartikainen was added to the lineup and played eight minutes and had two shots on goal.  Plante was scratched after suffering an injury in the Oilers game December 26 at Vancouver.

Goaltender Devan Dubnyk stopped 39 of the 42 shots he faced in the win.
