The two Barons defensemen still on call up with the Edmonton Oilers played significant time with the big club in their 4-2 loss November 5 to the Phoenix Coyotes.

Colten Teubert, recalled November 2 played in his second NHL game and picked up his first NHL point.  He had an assist on fellow defensemen Theo Peckham’s first goal of the season.  The goal drew the Oilers to within one.  He played just over 12 minutes in the game, had one shot on goal and was +1.

Fellow rearguard Jeff Petry also skated in the game.  He played nearly 22 minutes in the game and registered two shots on goal.

Goaltender Devan Dubnyk stopped 26 of the 29 shots he saw in the loss.  The loss snaps the Oilers’ six-game winning streak.

The Oilers head east and will play the Montreal Canadiens Tuesday night at 6:30 p.m. (ct)
