Parking

There are several parking options when coming downtown for an Oklahoma City Barons hockey game.  There are over 8,000 parking spots in and around the Cox Convention Center.  Below are several of the parking options that are available within a short walk of the Cox Convention Center.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE:
Be aware that EK Gaylord/Shields is under construction beginning November 17 through the end of 2015.

Private utility crews and Oklahoma Department of Transportation contractors will be in the area relocating lines and making improvements in anticipation of the east section (near Bricktown) of the Oklahoma City Boulevard construction.

Northbound Gaylord Blvd. traffic exiting from Interstate 40 will be detoured to SW 4th with access to downtown provided on Robinson, Harvey, Hudson or Walker. Southbound Gaylord Blvd. traffic will be detoured from Reno Ave. to SW 5th, then back to Gaylord Blvd. to provide access to Interstate 40. Drivers can also use Western Ave. at I-40 or either NW 4th/Walnut Ave. or Harrison St. exits from I-235 to access downtown.


Under the Cox Convention Center

The Central Oklahoma Parking and Transit Authority (COPTA) is the managing group for the parking under the Cox Convention Center.  There are 947 spots and 24 ADA spots under the Cox Convention Center.  Cost to park under the Cox Convention Center is $8.  Parking under the Cox Convention Center is not available on when the Barons play on the same night as the Thunder.

Santa Fe Parking Garage

The Central Oklahoma Parking and Transit Authority (COPTA) is the managing group for the Santa Fe Parking Garage.  Located just north of the Cox Convention Center, there are 1,518 spots and 46 ADA spots in the Santa Fe parking garage.  Cost to park at the Santa Fe Parking Garage is $6 and is open to all fans for each game.  The Santa Fe Parking Garage is connected to the Renaissance Hotel via skybridge.  In turn, the Renaissance hotel is connected via skybridge to the Cox Convention Center.  Parking at the Santa Fe Garage allows fans to walk to the Cox Convention Center without being exposed to the elements.

Main Street Garage

119 W. Main
Located just north of the Cox Convention Center, there are over 1,100 spots in the Main Street parking garage.  Cost to park at the Main Street parking garage is $5 and the garage is open to all fans.

Courtyard by Marriott

201  South E.K. Gaylord
Located just south of the Cox Convention Center, there are 450 spots in the Courtyard by Marriott parking garage.  Cost to park at the Courtyard by Marriott Parking Garage is $10 for nights when the Barons play and $20 on nights when the Thunder play.  The garage is open to for all fans for any event.

Century Center

Just North of the Cox Convention Center
Located just north of the Cox Convention Center, there are 805 spots and 19 ADA spots in this lot.  Enter the lot from Sheridan, the road on the north side of the Cox Convention Center.  Parking in the Sheridan Century Center lot is not available when the Barons play on the same night as the Thunder.  Cost to park at this lot is $5 on non head-to-head nights.

Sheridan Walker

501 W. Sheridan
Located just over a block west of the Cox Convention Center at the intersection of Sheridan and Walker, there are 1,116 spots and 28 ADA spots in this lot.  Enter the lot from Sheridan, the road on the north side of the Cox Convention Center.  This lot is open to all fans for any event.  Cost to park at this lot is $5.

Main Street Outdoor lot

Located just east of the train tracks off of main, this lot is just two blocks from the Cox Convention Center. There are 900 spots in this lot.  Cost to park at the Main Street Outdoor lot is $5 and the garage is open to all fans for all fans for any event.

Bass Pro Shop Parking

200 Bass Pro Drive
Located just two blocks east of the Cox Convention Center, there are 684 spaces available in this lot at no charge.  Enter the lot from Reno.  This lot is open to all fans for any event.

Train Station Parking

SE corner of E.K. Gaylord & Sheridan
Located just east of the Cox Convention Center, there are 70 spots in the lot next to the train station.  Cost to park at the Train Station parking lot varies by event and ranges from $6 - $20.The lot is open to all fans for any event.

East Side of Railroad Tracks Bricktown

North side of Sheridan across from Melting Pot
Located just east of the Cox Convention Center, there are 70 spots in a lot east of the bridge that separates Bricktown from downtown Oklahoma City, across from The Melting Pot.  Cost to park at this lot varies by event and ranges from $6 - $20.The lot is open to all fans for any event.

Chelinos Bricktown

Located just east of the Cox Convention Center, there are 120 spots in a lot near Chelino’s restaurant.  Cost to park at this lot is $6. The lot is open to all fans for any event.

Zios Restaurant Parking Lot #1

Southside of canal, east of Zio’s off of California
Located just east of the Cox Convention Center, there are 80 spots in a lot near Zio’s Italian restaurant.  Cost to park at this lot is $6. The lot is open to all fans for all fans for any event.

Zios Restaurant Parking Lot #2

Directly south of Zio’s off of Reno
Located just east of the Cox Convention Center, there are 80 spots in a lot near Zio’s Italian restaurant.  Cost to park at this lot is $6. The lot is open to all fans for all fans for any event..

TapWerks Parking

NW Corner of intersection of Sheridan & Mickey Mantle Dr.
Located east of the Cox Convention Center, there are 80 spots in a lot near TapWerks Bar & Grill.  Cost to park at this lot is $6. The lot is open to all fans for all fans for any event.
