BARONS ANNOUNCE PROMOTIONAL SCHEDULE FOR 2012-13 SEASON

The Oklahoma City Barons today announced their promotional schedule for the 2012-13 hockey season.
The season opener October 19 is the first of 12 nights that a Barons fan will drive away with a new car. The Barons are giving away a car at each Saturday night home game, plus the home opener on October 19. In addition to the car giveaway on the team’s first game, Mercy Health Systems is sponsoring a t-shirt giveaway to promote Cancer Awareness. Everyone in attendance receives a t-shirt.
Making a return this season are the postgame skates following Sunday home games. After each Sunday game, fans are encouraged to stay and skate with their favorite Barons player. There is no additional charge to rent skates for the postgame skates. Other highlights include bobbleheads. November 3, help decide the Presidential race with Mitt Romney & Barack Obama bobbleheads. April 20, the Barons mascot Derrick is immortalized with a bobblehead of his own. A complete list of promotions follows:

The Barons home opener is October 19 against the San Antonio Rampage at the Cox Convention Center at 7 p.m. A variety of ticket packages are available to meet every individual or group need. Packages ranging from 7-game and 11-game packs to Full Season Seats are available.
